In addition to Meal Monday’s, I thought it would be nice to share our weekly meal plan. I’ve gotten into the habit of planning everything out on Sunday, so our meal week starts on Monday. I also try to stick with theme days: Mexican Tuesday, Chinese Thursday, Pizza Friday. It makes planning that much easier.Enjoy!
Monday: Italian Wedding Soup
Tuesday: Enchiladas in Pumpkin Sauce (if I can find canned pumpkin, there seems to be a shortage)
Wednesday: Spaghetti w/Store Bought Sauce (I know, I know, it’s kind of cheating, but I need one super easy meal a week)
Thursday: Chicken Almond Stir-Fry
Friday: Homemade Pizza with Pizza Hut Clone Crust from MomAdvice
Saturday: French Toast Waffles and Turkey Breakfast Sausage (breakfast for dinner = brinner)
Sunday: Leftovers
