Hooray, it’s Thanksgiving this week! Not only does that mean some quality family time, it means that I only have to plan 3 meals this week. I’m in charge of deserts for the big meal on Thursday, then we’re off to the in-laws for the rest of the week. No cooking for me! Wahoo!
Monday: Vegetable Chili Medley (slow cooker)
Tuesday: Black Bean Burrito Bake
Wednesday: Pesto Pasta (whole wheat pasta and homemade pesto)
Thursday: Thanksgiving – we’re bringing pumpkin pie and
Friday: Out of town
Saturday: Out of town
Sunday: Out of town, left overs or frozen pizza when we get home
