Dapper Snappers Review and Giveaway

by Allison @ Alli 'n Son on March 23, 2010

A few wees ago, I hooked up with Michelle, creator of Dapper Snappers. Thanks to Mom Made That! for getting us in touch. I had heard about her product, but had never had the chance to try it out. Until now.

My son has always been on the small side. Until recently, when he seemed to have shot up 1 inch over night that is. But I always had trouble with his pants being too big in the waste. Especially during those in between stages, where the smaller clothes didn’t exactly fit, and the next size up was just a little to big. I always figured there wasn’t a good solution, that baby belts were too cumbersome when it comes to diaper changing, and resigned myself to pants-pulling-up duty.

In comes Dapper Snappers, which “fixes droopy drawers in a snap!” It’s an easy-to-use, adjustable solution to keep your kiddos pants from drooping (and you from having to pull them up every 4 seconds). Simple slip the dapper snapper though the belt loops on the back of your kiddo’s pants, snap them to the desired fit, and tada! Pants that fit. It couldn’t be any easier. You don’t need to take it off each time you change a diaper or sit on the potty. They are affordable ($9.95 at Toddler Tech USA). They are certified to conform with all applicable US CPSC enforced regulations. And they are pretty darn cute.

Plus, they took my son’s pants from this…

To this.

I call that a success. And a brilliant product.

Just to be clear, the pants were very baggy on the kiddo, but I had a hard time capturing it on camera. Hence the hand pulling the pants, so you can see just how big in the waste these pants are.

Want to Buy a Dapper Snapper?

You’re in luck! Hope on over to Toddler Tech USA to order a pair. But wait! I have a coupon code that will get you 15% off your order. Enter AnS15off when you are ready to checkout. The code is good through 4/30/2010.

My son is very, very tall and skinny. Did I mention skinny? He’s just built like a bean and his pants don’t stay up well. My son _needs_ this. I’ll have to look into investing.
