Toddler-isms

by Allison @ Alli 'n Son on July 27, 2010

Just a reminder, I’m giving away $50 to CSN stores. It ends on Friday, stop by to enter.

OK, now, in order to get the full affect of these Toddler-isms, the phrases that have me in stitches on a daily basis, you have to imagine them in a munchkin voice, with the biggest, most sincere brown eyes looking up at you.

[singlepic id=494 w=450]

Will you clean my butt again?
{yes, this is the second post this week showing the kiddo’s naked butt}

[singlepic id=495 w=450]

Can you close the sun?

[singlepic id=493 w=450]

I don’t know about thaaaaat!
{I have no idea where he got this phrase from. Ahem}

[singlepic id=492 w=450]

And finally…

[singlepic id=496 w=450]

Milk, you go outside and play GOLF {said in a menacing, 2 year old voice.}

What is the funnies thing your kiddo has said to you this week?

Can you close the sun? That is adorable! Almost as cute as that little butt.

@TheKitchenWitch, I know! We were with my mom and her boyfriend when he said that, we all got a good laugh out of it.

@Doing the Mom Thing, It will happen so quickly. Then you will almost wish that they weren’t talking to much. Or is that just me?

Isn’t it funny the things kiddos say and their reasoning is so cute. Our little man is on a why kick at the moment. He is very inquizitive about the things around him. Why is the moon big? Why do twisters come? Why do we have a camper? Why? Why? Why? But I so enjoy listening to him and trying to come up with the answer. I would love for you to come read my WW post at http://traci66.blogspot.com/2010/07/wordful-wednesday.html

@Traci66, Oh yes, the WHY stage is on full force over here to. He seemed to take a break from it for a while, but it’s back. It’s cute, but tiring to constantly come up with answers. Especially since he won’t stop asking until I’ve given him the “right” answer.

I’ve gotta think about that….I think I laughed the hardest when my 5 year old was singing, “Papa, Lapa, Ronski!” to Paparazzi.

I think you forgot “seagulls coming out of my butt!”. Although I guess there probably a picture to go with that one!

@Lindsey, Oh yea! Although he hasn’t said anything like that since last week. I think maybe you and Evie are a bad influence?

this week, my sister was throwing the little kids in the pool. Ivy told my sister that she didn’t need to throw her because she did it in her head.
