The best article that I read this week was on Huffington Post. It was called “Why Relationship Failures are Good for You” by Douglas La Bier. http://www.huffingtonpost.com/douglas-labier/why-relationship-failures_b_684592.html
He recommends a relationship inventory to figure out what you can learn from each past romance.
I feel like my whole blog is a kind of relationship inventory, with my ex, my kids, myself. It was insightful for me to think of it that way.

I just read the article, there’s a lot to take in. I do totally agree that each and every past relationship sticks with you and forms who we are today. There are still days when I think back to lost relationships, some fondly, some not-so-fondly. Their memories are still with me, even if the people are not.
I wonder if Mama Kat will ever get on Ellen? Maybe she should pass around an Internet petition
