I don’t know about you, but I’m coming down from a major Christmas high. You know how you look forward to it for weeks and weeks, you prepare and plan, make and eat. And then, it’s here and gone. Then nothing. The empty place that was filled with excitement, is now overflowing with toys And thankfulness, of course. For all of the time we were blessed to spend with our family and friends. With the gifts multiplying in the living room as we speak.
Since it’s the end of the year I thought it would be fun to do a top ten of sorts. A recipe year in review, if you will. Of some of the best loved recipes that I’ve shared over the last year. And no, they aren’t all desserts. Although I am slightly embarrassed by the number of sweet goodness in the list.

We’re finishing up the delicious stuffed shells we made for Christmas dinner–we froze extra to eat later! These are my favorite recipes developed in 2010:
Tangy Honey-Apricot Tofu with Salty String Beans
Apricot Lentil Soup
I guess it was the Year of the Apricot! They add a really good, interesting flavor, and vitamins too.
