Last year around this time, I panicked, realizing that we totally forgot to dye Easter eggs. We almost missed our chance. Thankfully, with a quick trip to the Dollar Store, our Easter eggs were saved. Then we realized that the only person in the house who actually likes hard boiled eggs is Hubs. And he only likes them because he refuses to admit that he doen’t like them.
So, he was responsible to eating one dozen hard boiled eggs. I’m pretty sure that we still have a few left, hidden in the back of the fridge. That’s one surprise I don’t want to find.
This Easter, we are prepared. I think. Somehow my best intentions and plans, just don’t seem to work out.
Let me tell you, there’s no way I’ll miss out on the opportunity to make some Easter sweets. And with all of the Easter goodies linked up with last week’s Sweet Tooth Friday, there is no shortage of good ideas.
So, what’s going to be in your Easter basket?

Woo Hoo!! Thank you so much for featuring my Daffodil Lollipops! I had fun making them and the neighborhood kids enjoyed eating them!
Ohhhhhh…thank you so much, Allison! I appreciate your featuring my Marshmallow Chicks – have a great week!
Well, you have my sweet tooth going! Everything is so pretty and springy and I am sitting here in 6 inches of fresh snow! Yuck! A little sweetness would bring some spring inside even if it isn’t outside.
You must have all of our snow. We are usually still covered, it’s been an oddly warm winter and spring for us.
